I don't subscribe, though I do buy the questing DLCs and Chapters. During the ESO+ weekends, I stuff my Crafting Bag full of mats, dye my costumes, and run the DLC dungeons for any gear I want and that pretty much satisfies my urges for anything ESO+ related.

What would make me consider subscribing to support the game? Okay, the Craft Bag is a substantial temptation, but honestly, it would take getting sustained improvements to PVP performance. I can't see paying to play ESO when the portion of the game I actively play the most at this point suffers under persistent, ongoing, recurring performance issues.

I recently tried to play my second account without subbing. I lasted about 15 minutes. The craftbag and access to all DLC is a must for me.

I only play one game at a time and stay there for a long time before moving on. So ESO+ makes good sense for me. I imagine it would be a tougher call if one plays many games at once or does not play that often.

I used to sub. Stopped when expansions became a thing. I now just buy crowns on sales and purchase DLC/expansions as they come out.

If they increased the crown allowance per month, I would re-sub.

The sub is legitimately a good value.

It gives you $15 worth of crowns. And, unfortunately, the game is somewhat unplayable w/out the craft bag. You really need that even if you aren't a major crafter

I’d sub even without the craft bag (but now that we have it don’t you dare think about taking it away lol). I’m from an era of Subscription MMOs and in my experience the ones without subscriptions are low quality.

Maybe if I pvped and got frustrated often I wouldn’t sub out of spite but I have a lot patience almost to a fault and I rarely PvP. I prefer an FPS if I’m going to pvp.

I'll sub when Murkmire drops. Then I'll let that sub lapse and sub when next chapter drops. When not subbed, I'm more or less inactive. Game is annoying without crafting bag.

A 10% increase is something and the $ to crown rate is closer now to buying crowns directly. Sounds like you just want to complain about the crown store.

Was an ESO plus member since there was a subscription until a few days ago since all these problems some of us have been getting with updating the launcher and now Geforce not recognizing ESO.

I’ve subbed for the last year as play more than I did due to being a stay at home mum. Craft bag worth it and make good use of crowns too.

I've had 2 months of ESO+ at the start of the year (I started playing in November 2017), but after that I haven't spent any money on the game. It's not because I don't like it or have some ethical qualm with it; quite the opposite, in fact, I very much enjoy the game and play it every day.

No, the reason I don't subscribe to ESO+ is quite simple - It's not worth the price to me. Value is, of course subjective; most people above have said that the Craft Bag alone makes it worthwhile, but I don't really have that big of a problem when it comes to storage, even though I pick up a majority of the items I come across. So, with Craft Bag out of the way, what is left in ESO+?

The DLCs. Now, I will say, the access to DLCs was the main reason I paid for 2 months of ESO+ earlier this year, but when I had access to them, I actually rarely used them and kept doing base game content (either due to lack of interest in zones like Hew's Bane or lack of skill for things like Maw of Lorkhaj), so even that wasn't worth it for me in the long run. That said, ever since gifting crown items was added, I have had a reason to join a trading guild and sell items for once. Since I came back to the game properly, a few weeks after Summerset's release, I have earned enough gold to purchase Orsinium, Wolfhunter and, most recently, Imperial City, as well as a 1200 crown gift for my friend and a costume for 500 crowns.

So, to summarize, Craft Bag is more of a convenience than a necessary aspect of the game for me, and access to DLC content isn't nearly as important to me as it is to other people, so I'm willing to take the slow, patient route of earning gold and buying the DLCs through Crown Store gifts. There is one more factor, and its the simple fact that 13 euros a month is quite a large amount for me to spend on video games (I typically spend 10-30 euros a year).

Sub for craft bag. Been subbed since day 1 when it was mandatory with a few month break before one tamriel came out.

I have never had plus, and I am a crafter. Banker is essential; I arrange my mats when I am doing my daily writs. It's not hard really.
