Launcher not updating

PC-NA server. Launcher not getting past 20% in updating today's patch. It stalls and crashes. Have restarted the computer, restarted the router to the internet and I have deleted and reinstalled the launcher with no success. Computer is only a month old and all drivers up to date.

I finally gave up and resetting the computer. Nothing was working so I had to wipe everything.

I cannot update either. Keeps crashing at 10%, my husband's is doing the same thing.

same problem as well. got to 10% and then it locked up. eventually crashes out.

i was able to fix my particular problem by reinstalling launcher and deleting old patch data.

I reinstaled everything and i got the same problem... this is an absurd

3rd day unable to play... this is RIDICULOUS! Im paying the ******* eso plus for nothing.
The support team ctrl+c ctrl+v the same answer while i'm loosing my time and my daily rewards.

I asked Steam to refund my money and they said it's impossible!
So I can't play and i can't have my money back.
I'm feeling like an idiot!
