ESO client process stuck in Task Manager - Not possible to force shutdown

Does anyone else have this problem after forcing ESO client to shut down? (For example after a superlong loading screen)

I have never experienced this with any program before, that the process gets stuck and there is no way for you to force it to stop.

Only way for me to actually get it closed is to force shutdown my whole computer - it gets stuck when trying to log out or trying to shut down by itself.

If you do, could you please tell me your system setup?

EDIT: And yes, I have tried it all. Reinstall windows, reinstall all addons, reinstall the client, reinstall various drivers... only thing I have not done is exchange components in the computer..

    If you re-installed your windows with the same trashy copy you would not have different results : )
