Mag recovery broken on blue food

I'm having a horrible issue with mag recovery the past two days on blue food. When I switch to witchmothers it seems to go back to normal levels, but not witch mothers levels. On blue food, forget about it. I run out of magicka and can't sustain ANYTHING, even just a basic skeleton parse.
Is anyone else having this issue either across platform or just on xbox?

no, that's not what I mean. I mean my magicka is not regenerating at all while on blue food. I normally run blue food until I absolutely need Witchmothers but currently my magicka is just not regenerating what-so-ever.

✭✭✭✭✭1. There is blue food that does give magicka recovery but OP is smart enough to not use that food and use max stat only blue food.
I have not had issues with recovery when using blue (max stat) magicka health food. I suggest checking your character sheet. It should show you either have some or not. Especially comparing that with both foods should give you a clear picture.0 -

*The magicka drain bug is less noticeable if you have extremely high magicka recovery.
Hopefully, ZOS will be able to fix it this year
