Where to find the Windows version

Hello players,

So I have two version of this game , Steam and Windows. Where or how do I find the Windows version of ESO?

I'm one of those that can't get the full download thanks to ZOS's screw up on 9-4-18, So I figured if I can find my other version and download it, maybe I'll have better luck as the launcher version for steam and normal windows have always been slightly different. Example I remember I had an issue before and could not play on steam, but my windows version worked fine.

Where do I find the download button?

Also, if it's at my eso profile, I have steam linked so I don't see it there otherwise I wouldn't be asking.

Found on the account page once you've logged in.

I believe it's on the right near where your sub duration is listed.

Yes because I linked my steam account my eso profile does not show any download link, I think it's said I have to put in a TICKET to unlink the accounts which then should show my download link for the normal windows version.
