Weapon swap glitch/bug?

First time I seen this. I was in combat and the game was pretty laggy. All of a sudden when the lag was gone, my weapon swap were switched. By that Weapon 1 has bar 2 and Weapon 2 has bar 1. Just thought I would mention it. I have a shield and sword and I can use my dual skills with them like flurry. Funny to see at first but annoying now.
