No Imperial City Campaign listed in PC NA

Logged in to PC NA with a Level 21 character when I open Campaigns, no campaign is listed for Imperial City. Imperial City DLC is available to me because of my active ESO+ status. Therefore at present I am unable to join an appropriate campaign to participate in the Imperial City Anniversary Event. I also cannot navigate to Cyrodiil nor any IC territory using the Map.

Using Journal I can see an objective to talk to a specific NPC (forgot name), but when I use [F] a marker is placed but the flag diamond doesn't appear on any map, nor can I travel to the specified location. Please help or tell me which category to use to submit a Help request.

You are supposed to play horse simulator and ride across cyrodil which is made worse if your mount isn't upgraded just to access your dlc

@Auldjohn Hey there! You have to log in to any campaign and then travel to IC once you're in cyrodiil. So just pick a campaign that suits you and travel to the gates. I'd pick a keep that your faction owns close to IC to fast travel to, then you need to go by horse to any of the sewer entrances.

As per advice from others. Pick a campaign, enter it, travel as close as you can to one of the three entrances ride, enter IC. A quiet campaign is probably best if you new to PvP etc
