Force Pulse/Blazing spear

bit of a weird one, since update 19 the force pulse skill seems to bug out when quickly swapping and activating between Blazing spear on one bar, and force pulse on the other. it leave the aoe target on the ground from blazing spear, so force cant fire, and you have to bar swap back to remove it.
xbox one EU - has been happening for about 5 days and since update 19. ive triggered it around 15-20 times inadvertantly, so should be easy to replicate
