I race changed to a redguard on mine, not even to min/max, just... the sustain

A blatant lie. When a guild leader tells you to reroll or you can't do any trials you can't do any trials. Period. And if you need to switch guilds to do said trials then you already below the threshold of 99% of being able to "do" the content.
