Light Armor Skill question

So I have all of the perks in the Light Armor Skill line but when I look at the skills it says "Get a bonus for every piece of light armor you wear" but the current bonus says 0%. However every piece of armor I have is light. Is there something wrong with the skill line or do I just not understated how it works.

✭✭✭✭✭Then all your gear is broken and you must repair it. Gear looses all its effects once its durability is 0.
