best way to keep overview and track of total AP gained on all chars this campaign ?

hey all you experienced pvp'ers. Since gaining 25AP on each separate char during a single campaign is the best way to gather transmuation points I've started doing this on several chars at different times. Now I'm already confused on which chars I actually did it, and if I got enough AP on each to qualify for the 50 transmutations crystals per characters once the campaign ends.
Since I usually play PVE exclusively and not used to pvp...what is the best way really to efficiently keep track of all AP gained during this campaign per character with an overview for all ? Is there some magic addon for this or an ingame feature ?

Anrose✭✭✭✭✭Log in to your character and look at the alliance war menu. It will show your reward tier as 0, 1, 2, or 3 with a progress bar.
Unfortunately it doesn’t tell you how much AP you have toward the next tier, but knowing tier 1 is 25k, you can figure it out.0 -

So if I see "Tier 1" it means I've completed the 25K ap objective for this campaign on this particular character and when next campaign starts it will be reset automatically to Tier 0. Do I understand that correctly ?Edited by profundidob16_ESO on September 5, 2018 2:14PM0 -
