Was thinking about dungeons with non-static/fixed trash mobs and bosses. For example they move around the dungeon except the last bosses, they are staying where they are now. Trash mobs and the other mini bosses can swap spots, move on a fixed route if you would like or just roam around.
About boss abilities; just make them less predictable, but more forgiving, no more 1-shot mechanics only on vet maybe. Also add a bunch of abilities to bosses but make them random, so players have to react fast and precise, or someone is going to die. Make abilities more likely to trigger below certain health of the boss like the 75%, 50%, 25% but still make the skill unpredictable and random. This way new and old dungeons won't be that boring. It is boring running the exact same dungeon hundreds of time, no wonder people just run ahead and not waiting for new players. Noone wants to spend 30 mins if it can be done in 15.
Add this mechanic to some special world bosses. They stay in a specific zone/area but they move around, add some nice drops, gold, gold materials maybe etc so who is gonna find it will be greatly rewarded. Make it strong so you are going to need a minimum of 3-4 players to kill. Or even a lot more like 8+.
Add world bosses like this to Cyrodiil so people can fight/PvP for the boss and the drops. More damage wins drops and maybe a raid buff which gives some bonuses like Attack/Spell Power or whatever you want. Make some GRAND/EPIC/LEGENDARY bosses so they spawn only once a week, every 2 weeks, once a month. Add some special drops to them.
