Having trouble accessing my account on the website.

Greetings,

Well it seems the password for my account at elderscrollsonline.com no longer work and looks like I forgot the answer to my secret question to reset it. I sent in a ticket for help hours ago for help and haven't heard back yet is there any other options to get ahold of support or will I just have to keep resubmitting tickets in hopes I hear back eventually?

You do not need to keep resubmitting tickets as your initial ticket #180904-002709 is still open. Customer support will assist you soon in recovering access to your account.

Hi there well finally was able to figure out my password so was wondering if there is a way I cancel my ticket on the issue. The number is 180904-002709

You can reply to the last support email and let them know the issue is now resolved.
