Same for me, I tried to see my max weapon dmg with 500 ult yesterday but nothing happened.

Didnt test if lower ult values do work. Luckily its a DLC monster set so its probably fixed soon (tm).

Yeah I really always want people to get better and don't wish anything bad on them, but it looks like the coders are in trouble, they might end up getting fired. The ideas in this game everything is awesome, but the coding is off. Also the servers need to be "fired" and get actual Microsoft servers for like a business that will actually do what this server needs to do.

Id put some money on that they outsource all/most of their coding to Europe or something (very common practice in the gaming industry with sound engineers etc.)

It's usually the place with the cheapest operating costs, including labor and equipment, so they're likely trying to write code on old Apple 2s and/or send it over the wire at 56k speeds on a shoddy wire so it drops packets all over and they have to send it multiple times and composite it and hope they get it right.
....like the method in Jurassic Park they used to bring dinosaurs back and thought they had perfect control of their genetics, with about the same success.
