[PS4] and [XBOX] Search function at guild traders
Hi everyone
I am pretty sure this has been asked many times but I was unable to find a proper post on here about this issue, which is bugging me and quite a lot of other people.
Players who play TESO on computer, have quite a few gimmicks they can use, such as Addons and a few original ones from the game itself. Playstation or XBOX players are restricted to use only the stuff coming with the game. Best example is the guild vendors!
People on Playstation and XBOX can only use the filter at the guild vendors and submit that filter to search for stuff. This usually brings up x amount of pages, which you have to scroll through for ages. Sometimes you find what you were looking for but most of the time, you don't and this is quite an annoying situation.
Please could you give Playstation and XBOX players a search by name option, where they can enter a name of an item and search for it?
Some might say; This is not possible, or it would never work... Rest assured, this will work perfectly fine as this is already being implemented in the housing editor menu, when you want to buy stuff. In the housing editor on the "Purchase" tab, you can press triangle (PS4) or Y (xbox) to open up the text editor of the console and enter a name in it. Upon sending it, it filters the results by the name you have entered.
A search function would be very useful as it would save so much time, getting your item you want and go on with your business you actually wanted to do. Now it's just like; I'm planning a day just at the guild vendors, searching for stuff I need.
Please could you "Bethesda" / "Developers" consider this for one of the future patches?

Basically this. We can search for furniture in the crown store housing interface but not in a guild trader for other goods. Doesn't make much sense to me.1
