Campaign scoring again

ZOS thanks for the changes to the cyro map it will be interesting to check it out.
Will there be any changes to the campaign scoring? As it is now the campaign is won by the alliance that has more players when the servers are nearly empty, that is unfair to the rest of the players. Please introduce a dynamic campaign score which give less weight to the time when the server is empty.
It’s also annoying to have to retake the scrolls each day and dethrone the wood emp. (PC EU Vivec is one example). Taking a scroll and crowning emp. should be hard not something one can do when the server is empty. I suggest that scrolls only can be taken and emp. crowned, when the server is full or when the population is balanced.
