Zenimax Please Comment on BG Queues

MMR is still bugged on many accounts making them unplayable. How is this okay? Hour long queues between games? Playing on alternate accounts is not a fair solution. People want to play on their mains.

Its dumb. You cant play with friends anymore and you are punished for doing well, and forced to either make a brand new character to play, or go into open world which is plagued with lag and zergs.
