Players disappearing during duels near Wayrest Wayshrine

Just had this again for the 2nd time. First time I was on my DK and another player forfeited the fight because they couldn't see me. 2nd time I was trying to fight a DK who kept doing the same thing. So I thought it was maybe something to do with DK's, just tried fighting a Stamsorc though who disappeared as soon as the duel was agreed. So no idea what's happening but it makes duels impossible to play properly and I don't know if this happens in other areas too or not.
When you start the fight you can't see the other player, but ocasionally they'll reappear for a second or two at a time then gone again. Hopefully it'll be fixed because like I said it's impossible to duel like that. I have a mount skill slot mod and mm too, only mods I have so hoping that's not what's causing it.
edit : sorry missed the bug reports forum. First time I've posted about a bug so will remember for the future.
