Skill Bar Wipe

I logon and all my skills on the skill bars are gone forcing me to set them all up again, this is ESPECIALLY annoying when I DC mid dungeon or trial, come back, sometimes mid fight, and find I have no skills to use. I use a controller and believe it's related to that because of the error messages:

I had those errors only after changing my map filters associated with the addon "Map Pins". I did so to remove the bundled "world achievements" pins from the map, and I also use gamepad mode on PCNA.

I noticed the skill bar wipe myself a different time unrelated to that error, but it could have been in the same play session after logging in to that error.
I went to test some skills on my back bar then went back to Alinor to just chill, where I went and used the /sitground4 emote with the legs stretched out. I was wearing my outfit in outfit2 slot from the outfit system while using the "hide helm" collection option and decided to, while still sitting, hit my quick slot assigned costume "Shrike's Nocturnal Frock" to swap to that while still sitting.
Up until that point, my abilities had worked on my way to sit there. I got up and tried to use abilities and found them not working so went into my skill window and found all my skills gone from the bars, but I was able to add them immediately.

I had to assume that my issue with the skill bar wipe was because I had used a quickslotted costume while wearing an outfit while also sitting down in emote /sitground4.
I have no other explanation for the otherwise random timing of this error.

I have had the same thing happen twice this week on my xbox. No error messages ,just gone. sometimes I fast travel and they disappear. last time, I was standing around waiting for a friend and they vanished.

I had it happen again while my controller was unplugged, no error message so I guess this is 2 bugs, it's still happening too not every time but enough to be very annoying. I don't use map pins or any skill addon, no hidden helm, no costume etc
