Dumb question: Postponing Morrowind

Is the Summerset story going to make any sense if I finish the storyline before starting Morrowind?
Just wondering-- I've done a little skyshard and resource farming in Vvardenfell and the sky there reminds me too much of our brown, smoky, crappy skies on the west coast. So I kind of want something a little sunnier and less brown until the fires are out

Yes, it will. You can safely do Summerset without having done Morrowind.Ignorance is the greatest weapon of tyranny.

✭✭I guess I'm already out of sequence. I did Cadwell's Gold with half of Orsinium mixed in early (thanks loads, Stuga!) because I didn't know what Wrothgar was, then Clockwork City, then the rest of Orsinium when I finally figured out I hadn't finished it... Might as well keep mixing it up

Thieves' Guild story is located in Hew's Bane only, Gold Coast is the Dark Brotherhood zone, if I'm not mistaken (haven't done the latter).PC EU

✭✭Gotcha, thanks! I've gotten a few treasure maps for both, but haven't touched anything other than skyshards in both yet. I was planning on splitting them up over a few alts. My on-hold Khajiit would be perfect for both questlines.
So, if I've got this right, the sequence is:
Main/alliance story > Orsinium (?) > Dark Brotherhood > Morrowind > Clockwork City > Summerset...0 -
