Group - fighting?

Please allow a feature that lets groups fight each other outside of cyrodill. The leader of each group gets to invite a leader from another group to fight, similar to the dueling system. Only groups of equal size can start the invitation. I think it would be a very nice feature for PvP since there is a community that is striving to make GvG a thing but it's still lackluster because people can't fight their own faction, which makes brackets a bit hard to form.
