Still no fix for matches starting with non-balanced (numerically) team

I'm sorry, I thought this was moved to be part of the base game, and ostensibly designed to draw in new players, because "ooo look at the features we're offering." And yet there is still no fix for matches starting with something like 3v3v4 or 2v4v4?
Are you guys even trying anymore? Can we get some idea if this is even being investigated? Or is this not a bug and just you guys not knowing how to design an MMR system that'll actually group a whopping 12 people together for a 15 minute match?
