Question about soul magic.

I completed the main questline and have soul magic fully leveled. How do i level Soul Strike so i can morph it?

Just slot it in your ulitamite and it will level like any skill or ultimate

It's an ultimate, so put it in the ultimate slot (on the far right) like cjhhickman said.
