Imbue Weapon and it's Range Inconsistency

Problem here: During the traveltime of a lightattack the target can leave the maximum range of elemental weapon (or get kicked out of it) so that the light attack hits but not the Elemental weapon.
This is inconsistent with other ranged abilities (like snipe, flame Reach, etc.) which only require the target to stay in reach during the cast(time) but not during the travel time. It makes elemental weapon regularly miss against moving targets near the maximum distance.
Furthermore it is especially problematic with a ranged magicka templar setup since one of the main combos here is Elemental weapon -> Light attack -> Javelin which regularly falls short because of this. And ultimately rendering Javelin a less desirable cc for a ranged magplar setup even though there is the interaction that seemingly rewards the use of Aurora Javelin at greater range.
