Please give an option to exclude DLC dungeons from the daily random....

It has to do with doing DLCs with randoms yes, but all in one day I've queued for a random vet dungeon and it's been one of the new dlc dungeons every time. The worst part is it has been a group stuck each time waiting for a CP 780 to come and save them. I'm CP 710 at the moment, have a VMA desert and do pretty good DPS but I don't even get a chance to go to where the group is because I get kicked right after they see I'm not max level.

It's such a waste of my time, I'd rather avoid this problem altogether than just keep queuing, until I finally get a chance to actually play the game.

There is a way in the game to avoid all DLC dungeons while using the random group finder. If you are not ESO+ and don't have the DLC's they won't come up for you.

I'm not suggesting that this is an actual solution. I just find it silly that this can actually be accomplished by refusing to pay ZOS money. It feels very backward to me.

Also, because this horrible solution already exists in game, I totally agree that you should have an option to do it in game while still giving ZOS money for plus or DLC's. There should NEVER be actual in game advantages by unsubbing. Every aspect of it should be a positive one and this detail has always bothered me a tiny bit.

I understand the frustration, but its the Daily Random Dungeon, not the Daily Guaranteed Quick N Easy Dungeon.

The extra reward comes from the risk of doing any dungeon. If ZOS did implement this, I woukd expect them to lessen the rewards accordingly.

This argument doesn't hold up when the player doesn't actually get a chance to do whatever random dungeon they get. I don't care if the dungeon is hard, but to be kicked 5 sec after queuing, waiting, and finally getting into a dungeon is a beyond stupid and can be avoided completely by excluding the hardest dungeons aka dlc dungeons where half the time it's a group that is stuck on a boss waiting for someone to come and save them.

Edit: And I'm CP 710, I can only imagine how often anyone with less CP gets kicked when they get put into this position.

The problem with that is that the Daily Random is used to fill other groups. And right now the DLC dungeons are new and everybody is doing them, so they are the ones you are likely to end up in.

You could run random normals instead until things settle a bit.

But hopefully, what will happen is that the group will not kick you right away and you can actually help them complete it. :-)
