Pipe dream: Updating old furniture polygons and overhaul on game look.

Since Morrowind and Summerset furniture has been getting better and better. The amount of detail on some pieces is exquisite and it's particularly jarring looking at older furniture and how clunky they look.
Look at the old generic High Elf Furniture or Dark Elf Furniture... everything is angular blocks with low polygon counts. Same goes for Breton, Nord and Imperial furniture which might just as well be made up from square lego blocks.
I wonder if there's any plans to update and overhaul old furniture to make them come up to the quality of newer releases. Of course this would also be retroactively good for the game as it would give a fresh polish to old areas in the original game.
