Oceanic Servers

I know it's going to fall on deaf ears of the developers at ZOS, but where are the Oceanic servers? got this game in mid 2015 and i dealt with the latency issues because I honestly enjoyed the game, but it seems that the latency is just getting worse for oceanic players over time to the point of where i can't even move without falling through the floor and dying, or just jumping violently around the map, yeah yeah yeah not enough players to warrant an oceanic sever. But i'd put money that if there was an oceanic servers it would defiantly make the game seem more attractive to potential new players and will defiantly keep the veterans around, I'm not sure if my point has any validation but to me it just makes sense. Or at least maintain your servers better I don't understand how i can play BDO a game with thousands of people squashed together just blowing up the screen and have almost no problems with latency but when i go to launch ESO it takes a good 10 minutes to load even one players model
