Do you mean those diary pages are put outside of the quest location after we finish a quest?

I'm not sure they are, couldn't find them, that's why I'm asking

For example, Sil-Var-Woad books aren't. But for them there's a way to get back to quest area, something with the rock at dunerippers enclosure.

What I honestly don't get is why lock us out of quest locations when Darien is still at Lion Guard Redoubt and the whole party still chills in the Chapel of Light and a s**tload of other characters are still hanging around places they aren't supposed to anymore. ZOS doesn't cleanup accessible insances, why bother with making some inaccessible?
