3.) Got someone blocking? Who cares! Bleeds completely ignore it and so does sload!
4.) Damage Shields? Dot em up and watch em fall!
5.) NBs bothering you or trying to run? Just spam that tornado till they're torn into shreds!
6.) There really is no counter!
7.) Or just smash your head on the keyboard until brain damage occurs! It'll still work!

On a serious note...

Struggled to get any kills on stamblade, switched to this and boy was I in for some treat. And yet people complain about those complaining about sorcs. F Logic. I feel like we're slowly getting to a point where PvP is either going to need a complete remake or classes completely removed.

I'm not even kidding. I'm having the most fun I've had in years after switching to that. It's quite ridiculous.
I pity all the guys who struggle with their DKs and Templars actually trying to use their skills and play the game.

PS: Not a nerf sorc thread. Pls don't I love my new bulky orc

Actually maybe it's a bit exaggerated but yup, I've met builds like that, all they do is applying dots, when pressured vigor + roll roll and till then you need to go defensive on your own again because of multiple 1,5k dot ticks each. Unfortunately everyone was mad because of sload but bleeds are ok? Deal on average 2x as much damage, can be stacked and buffed by a single player, the only defensive mechanic that works against them and doesn't work on sload are shields, yet sload was nerfed multiple times while bleeds remain untouched #logic.

Don't worry about shields, they already have 0 resistances, so yeah, they melt just like u.

Yep shields melt just as well nowadays. They only thing shields are good for are crits.

Pro with zero effort build huh? I think the strongest class right now is the Forum Warrior -class. It`s biggest power is that when they play on any class/setup and die to anything they go write on forum to nerf everyone and or that they gonna use same build. Stronk.

Also, i got many setups that would eat the build your describe as a breakfast, there always is a rock to the scissors, dont forget that. Enjoy it and the illusion of it being "op zero effort build" until you meet those who steamroll over you, you will meet them soon enough.

Have fun though while at it! There are counter setups against that. Do update this post when you meet them eh?

A friend of mine dueled me with the same exact build. My conclusion was that this build is almost non-counterable. I was with a templar, spamming cleaning ritual all the time trying to offload the dots pressure, and yet I was all the time with 5 or 6 dots on me. You cast cleansing ritual, and in less than 1 second the dot list is already full again. It is just ridicolous how much power the bleeding builds have. They go trough any defensive mechanics like cheese. It is not skillful play. They just have hurricane up, spam some attacks and watch you die consumed by the dots.

I don't care what the current cheese is. I still like my StamDK, and I still get satisfying kills. Oh the other team and their cheese? My group runs that cheesy cheese too, and i'll fossilize and hit corrosive armor, give that "Im a DK, and you cant kill me" pvp taunt and my friends will move in to melt mode. If theres a pocket healer I will chase them down, while they "lure me in" until they get flanked and die. Yeah, the cheeze is absurde, even by admission of a lot of the players who run it, but those premades and their success don't last. Movimg from build to build can be a chore for those noob players who havnt stockpiled some of the gear. Don't get me wrong, it's frustrating af, thats just my view on it, and I've had just about every positive and negative experience just like most of you. I guess if everyone wants to run the same build, they see how good they really are when theyre just as vulnerable as their opponant. @Nyladreas good post, absolutlely loved it, and spot on

You need to not end up on being defensive against such setups, if you do its a slow death like against any pressure/bleed builds. Burst them down fast, control them, be the one thats offensive and they die before their bleeds even start to hurt (too much). But its a natural reaction to go on defensive and start purging and healing, when the answer is to just kill them faster than they kill you. Fight the basic urge to start a long fight with comfort zone healths. A bursty stamblade can finish such a setup fast enough as an example.

I just couldn't see the great benefit of running swift, you basically give up 3k stam (or health for the matter, if you wanna go cheese mode) for a bit more mobility, ia it worth it?

Swift really did kinda ruin ***. It has over tuned all the run away stam builds to a new level of stupidity. Atleast before they had to tree hug to los and be annoying, now they just flat out run the *** away, and unless you have the same exact build, there is nothing you can do about it.

I will say at least this. The DoT from axes DW and 2H should probably share a CD.

None of the other bonuses from those skill lines stack like that. For example, you get 5% extra damage for a 2H sword, but if you also equip dual swords it doesn't go up to 10%. It stays at 5% for each bar.

But the bleeds actually stack due to them being technically different procs.
