Do you use jewelry with the swift trait for pvp?

Swift is amazing in landing Dizzying swings. Though it becomes a pain again if the other player is running swift jewelry and speed pots

From what I can tell it does nothing for mounted speed, so there's that.

But yes it's invaluable.

What classes/builds benefit the most from this trait? Most PvP tanks seem to run this now but any others?

I have not thought of Swift as a set for tanks previously. It’s outstanding if you run scrolls, specialize in kiting enemies around trees until they get bored, or if you just like a little more speed on you toon.
