Fastest way to farm Agility set (Weapon Set)?

I'd like to get Agility Weapon Set (3 Jrwelry pieces, purple), but what's the fastest way to farm it?
Iirc I got them in Cyrodill (but don't recall where exactly) and Random Dungeon rewards. But are there any faster ways?
The Jewels, most of the time, come up with unmatching Enchantment and Trait, so only one or two each day would take forever.
EDIT : I wish to get Robust & Weapon damage pieces

You have to enchant yourself, by default they will have stam recovery.
EDIT: This is the same with all jewellery/armour. If a heavy armour set they will have health enchant/health recover, medium will be stamina enchant/stam recovery, light will have mag enchant/mag recovery.
Traits are a different story tho, to change from say training to divines you need 50 transmute crystals. Same from healthy to robust.Edited by Sparr0w on August 30, 2018 10:24AM@Sparr0w so I get the notification

✭@mhc9840 No you can't craft agility. You will find the jewellery in robust enchanted with Stamina Recovery, which you can then craft a glyph to enchant it with something else, e.g. weapon damage.@Sparr0w so I get the notification
