Do we see him again after Morrowind ? Because he. is. Bae.

I mean look at him ! Smirky, emotionally stunted, knife-ready murder child. This is my Fenris debacle all over again !

Haven't seen him outside Morrowind. We've only had new two zones since he was introduced though, so it's not impossible for him to show up again.

Its not beyond possibility that we will see him in another area of Morrowind at some point. The game still has plenty of places to visit when it comes to the Dunmer.

We still have not explored east and west morrowind. Maybe again we will meet him and finally get to tell Naryu of Veya's fate

Not quite, it is however remarkably similar to both Assassin and Brassy Assassin. I do like to think of it as a "Male Version" of Brassy Assassin, since the Brassy Assassin is remarkably feminine in its posture, idle and emotes.

I have to agree and thought the same thing of Ashur!! I wanted him to be more involved in the storyline but after a certain point we never get to see him again. :( Normally I don't find Dark Elves all that attractive, but Ashur... *sigh* It isn't necessarily just the 'looks' but the entire package... personality, voice, etc.

@ADarklore Yes, exactly ! Though I gotta admit I am so glad this isn't a character that Gideon Emery voiced or else I'd be in T trouble.

But yeah, the whole thing works really well. And as fun as it is to have womanizer Jakarn and Darien flirt shamelessly with my big buff non gender-conforming female orc of a character, it's actually kind of great to meet male characters that... don't ? That are endearing just by virtue of being well written and entertaining in a low-key dry-wit way ?

A necro, yes, but everything in this thread is still totally relevant (and pleasing to look at)! I don’t think a personality like Ashur’s was ever made available, was it? I love the Brassy Assassin personaility, but I always love to have more options!

Oh, and now that houseguests are a thing, I’d totally take the risk of having this Morag Tong hanging about my place. I promise not to ask him to deliver any messages!

He actually appears again in a quest in Elsweyr. I think it's the one at the Akaviri village.

Regarding Fenris' voice actor Gideon Emery, he actually did some stuff for ESO as well - like Varon Dave, a Morag Tong agent in Deshaan, and Councilor Rayveth in Balmora, and he's definitely several Dunmer male bards in Morrowind.

I'm sure OP discovered that in two years since making this post.

If OP even plays anymore. Other people might not have though, the quest is a bit out of the way. I only bothered with it out of completionism.

Oh wow, I had missed that as I did that quest when I started ESO last year and it was a while before I got to elsewhere. I wonder if the dialogue is any different if a character has done the Balmorra questline — I shall have to find out! ^^

    He appears in Northern Elsweyr.

Interesting note: if you do Northern Elsweyr before Morrowind, he will recognize you from when you first encountered him. It's the first time I noticed an NPC recognizing you if you did the content in reverse order.

That’s so cool! Having started with Elsweyr, I’ve run into a lot of such oddities, but then it is probably impossible for the original Coldharbour quest to work without ignoring that it isn’t what was done first.

I guess it’s a small thing, but I really appreciate when dialogue options recognize your character’s race, previous quests, etc. :)
