Thoreki still at wayshrine even though I'm already a werewolf

After several emails, I was instructed to fill out a bug report and put a post here.
Basically, I was bitten by another player and became a werewolf. I leveled the skill up to 10, but Thoreki is still standing at the Rawl'kha wayshrine with a quest marker on her head, trying to tell me I should either go to the wolf shrine or seek a cure.
My active effects show both Sanies Lupinus AND Lycanthropy.
I have tried removing all my addon folders and also the addon text file, but that had nothing to do with the problem.
