Should "big" weather be a thing?

The fog in that orc city battleground feels amazing, if we could have those big impactful weather in overland areas, they would make the overland more interesting, and more diverse:

For example:
Snow storm in northern area
Ash storm in vvanderfell
Sea storm in southern, mostly Elsewhyr and summerset
Fog in mountain area
Heavy rains around the central area
some weird clockwork city weather

etc. We are probably not getting seasons, but extreme weather from time to time in overland might sounds fun (And provide another fun occasion sometimes when you fight an overland boss)

I'm on board for that. In Skyrim I have several weather mods that produce seriously wild weather on occasion - I rather miss it in ESO.

There’s an awesome quest in Wrothgar on Mount Sorrow that has some great weather effects. I hope there is a sandstorm somewhere in the game just like it.

Only if weather applies to everyone, not just me, as it is today.

This would be an amazing addition to the game... would dramatically increase immersion

No. I want the ability to turn ash, snow and rain off.

Potato + onboard GPU no like.

Yes, it would be very nice as long as impact on performance was taken into account.

I would like to see it to the extent that mage guild abilities and psyjic can create massive synergies to manipulate the effects in sillydill content. Rain, mud, fog, snow cold etc. I think the server couldn't handle it though, so it is more of a fantasy thing.
