Can we give magicka Sorc a better way of sustaining?

I suggested making the Dark Conversion(morph) restore 4696 magicka over 25 seconds and remove the cast time.
That’s just one way, I’m sure there are many other ways to give them better sustain but as of now it’s really bad (with a light attack rotation).
