Hello, my fellow game players I have many questions and your helpful answers will be a large factor in what platform I buy.
I cannot see the difference in Graphics not even when I am sober. They look close Xbox1X and PS4Pro.

Q. In a dungeon with voice chat is this on both?

Q. Can I upgrade to SSD drive in both?

Q. Which has lower membership price?

Q. Which has the larger player base?

Q. Which has the better network uptime?

Q Do crowns really cost more on Xbox than PS4?

Q. What is the unresolved bugs and issues on each?

Q. Other than stock controllers what are the recommended ones for TESO?

I am not leaving PC. I just want to relax in the recliner or sofa and play sometimes.

Don't downgrade to a console... just buy an HDMI cable and hook your system up to a big screen. That's what I do anyways and it works great.

I dont know how relaxing it could be to completely rebuild your account from scratch on the console, as you will have 0 Gold, 0 Gear, 0 CPs, O mats etc.

If you cant move your PC around easilly, get a decent gaming laptop with a smaller display and use an HDMI cable.

Yes

No clue

Played both, never had a problem on either

Cannot comment as I only use the stock controllers

It seems from the forums that the game really has issues ok both consoles which may also explain why many good players have left consoles and come to the PC servers.

Hey Gronk.

I agree with Minnesota. Get a HDMI cable, a Usb wireless controller adaptor and an Xbox controller (all nice and cheap on good old Amazon) and you're good to go. It helps that my PC is near my tv, but you could always get a cheap tv or large monitor then sit back with a mead and enjoy

My thoughts on PS4 ... non-Pro... Rarely play on this platform anymore...

Voice chat is available. I eventually turned it off and bought a keyboard for text chat. Voice chat is a great idea, but I found that the only people who used it were the ones who have loud music playing, small children, dogs, communicable diseases, and nagging wives or mothers. Oddly enough, never heard a nagging husband or father.

I have never needed to bother with this. ESO ran fine on the stock hardware for me.

Q. Which has lower membership price?

PSN offers ESO Plus in 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month terms. I think discounts match PC. XBox only offers 1 month.

No.

Same bugs as PC, but without ADDON support, the console UI is crude and incomplete.

Ragged Claw I will look into wireless USB Controller. And move the tower downstairs next to the big tv. My recliner has cup holders for mead.

i play on ps4, haven't run into issues. Most ppl just jump into the misconception that pc is better, and having addons is good.

I play fine on my ps4 which was the bugged up uncharted ps4. (most units have power problems)

i rarely run into lag, never crashed. Plus im used to console gaming. honestly brass tacts outside graphical fidelity, no real performance difference between console/pc unless you got a really good gaming pc which not everyone can afford.

I've been a mmo console player since ff11 ps2 NA launch. I tried WoW out but hated the game and the community, more so the "must get addons" players. I wasn't allowed to DL them I tried explaining it to ppl but was insulted for it every time.

As someone who switched from ps4 to pc I really want you to overthink that. Pc is definitly the better choice.
