Detection indicator not visible to other players

The visual indicator ("red eye") which appears above a players head after using a detect pot is not visible to enemy players, which defeats the whole purpose of this change. A player still can't tell when/if he is detected by said potions.

Edit: Allies can't see the indicator either apparently, it is only visible for the player who uses the detect potion or skill. As if the game needs to tell a player what skill or potion he just used ...

I really don't get this new change, if I'm in stealth already and I use mage light,detect pot,camo hunter, it brings me out of stealth and puts a big red eye over my head.
