Running 5pc Impreg 5pc Bonepirate 2pc Bloodspawn, infused tri-stat big, divines stamina small. 2h/bow

Going to be a small group/solo build. Undecided on whether to run:
  • Crit rush or Ambush
  • Cloak or Image
  • Do I need an execute? Killers/Executioner or run Carve for ulti gen, or mix it up and run Onslaught (2H Ulti) as an execute?

    Personal preference;

Ambush - This tends to 'snap' me to my target more reliably then Crit Rush.

Cloak or Image? Which ever one you like. Image is amazing for kiting, but if you're caught out without LoS, Cloak is the better option. Keep that in mind.

Execute, depends on your DPS burst numbers. If you're able to burst targets with high enough numbers at the start of your combo, you won't need it. If you find yourself in situations where you need more pressure when the target is lower health, then put an execute on. I have 2 executes (Injection/Executioner), but these are all play style choices since I prefer keeping pressure up at all times on my target.

In my experience, when it comes to the target having low health, that is where your ability to keep up consistent pressure comes heavily into play. Good players have tricks to get out, and sometimes do. Just keep in mind that, even if they get away, in some instances it's not you it's them who just outplayed you in the health management game. It's OK if they get way in these instances.

no need for gapclosers you have snares and alot of mobility and speed buffs integrated in your kit
bars would look something like (order it around how you feel comfortable with):

Executioner | Surprise Attack | Relentless Focus | Mass Hysteria | Rally || Incap

Poison Injection | Cloak | Vigor | Shade | Shuffle || Soul Shred (basicly a resto ult + for siphoning passive for more healing done)

Works best for me IMO (WARNING: personal opinion)

If you dont utilize light attacks properly throw relentless focus to backbar just for the 8% minor berserk buff and run a gap closer (ambush tbh) if you feel you need it.

Just experiment around a bit if you feel like you need no fear, boom play without it and put a gapcloser on its spot.
There is no BEST BARSETUP its all personal preference.

Stampede or Ambush. Personal choice really, but you likely won't have a snare and stampede is a pretty good one. Ambush has the advantage of no range requirement.
Shadowy disguise. Shadowy disguise->surprise attack is quite powerful.
You will likely need an execute. Killler's blade is only sub 25% but will hit for the 300% damage reliably. Executioner is often replaced with reverse slice (for the aoe damage), and if you like them over killer's they are better, it's personal preference really.

As for onslaught... dawnbreaker of smiting is probably better in nearly all cases.
