My extracted gems are missing

This is happening the second day, yesterday i try to extract gems from my potions it supposed to give me 50 gems but i didn't get anything i used the extract all option. Then today i extracted the gem from mimic stone one by one and still i didn't get anything. I have around 86 Gem in my account. Is it like a limit or what?

Cave_Canem✭✭✭The common amount of poisons you get per card is 50 which can be exchanged for 2 gems, for the tri-crown restoration potions, you can exchange 5 for 1 gem. Mimic stones exchange 1 stone for 1 gem, you have probably been getting your gems, just a lot less than you thought.1

Even though i didn't get the 50 gems i got an sweet roll or something worth 400 gems when i extracted it i got the gems. I am not sure why the 50 gems didn't come yesterday.0
