does Befoul still buffs defiles? i put 100 points on befoul for the purpose of test but the tool tip is unchanged which is 30% on major defile and 15% on minor defile.
it used to show the change on tooltip before wolfhunter patch.. i just want to know if this is just UI error or an actual bug.
