ReShade with ESO Steam Version

Hello there,
i was wondering if anyone could help me set up ReShade with the ESO Steam Version. Because linking ReShade with the eso64.exe in "\Steam\steamapps\common\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client" didn't work. Well, if i start the eso64.exe from this directory ReShade is working (i can press Shift + F2 to access the overlay). However, as Steam user i must use Steam to start the game or i can't get past the login screen. I'm using ReShade 3.4.1. Any ideas?
