Twitch Notification: "You havea new drop available"

I'm assuming this is in regards to crown crates from watching ESO streams? How do I redeem these in-game? The link on the twitch app redirects me each time to my account page>?

    You'll find the crates in game after character login, if you're on PC just hit F3 to open them

    How much time passed since you got the message? Sometimes it takes couple hours for the loot to be delivered.

    As @StormChaser3000 noted, sometimes it can take a while for the drops to be distributed, especially if a lot of them went out. Give it a day or two and if they still haven't shown up, let us know.

    I've had the same issues when trying to decide on what category to choose when filing a report from the website. Mine have mostly been for just needing to get my gold back after it's glitched when depositing into a guild bank. I wouldn't do the Feedback/bug...those generally get closed out and not replied to. I usually find it easiest to pull up the help menu inside the game...choose customer service...then choose character issue. Describe your issue in a brief message there. Then once you get the first email in regards to this submission....reply with the full issue.

    For me, I can't even get twitch to properly link the accounts. And Twitch support doesn't respond AT ALL.

    Make sure it's not the prime loot icon(the crown) on twitch as that is something different but notifies you if there are twitch prime loot for other games. For ESO you will get an email that says the crate was applied to your email when your notified.

    I have never gotten a notification on the Twitch app about an ESO drop, only an email from "noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com". Weird.

    What do we do about showing up for a Yogscast stream and it doesn't happen? Or a Crystalium stream that says " 1 day followers only" mode, so I can't chat or see the stream?
