Hi everyone,
We just completed a hotfix on the PC/Mac NA and EU megaservers to address an issue with Cyrodiil Keeps. The health and postern upgrades on Keeps that are upgrading from level 0 to 1, or level 1 to 2, will no longer randomly fluctuate for extended periods of time. You do not need to download a patch for this hotfix to take effect.
