Morph Respec is bugged after the latest patch

Morph Respec after the latest patch today seems bugged:
1. I entered the Morph Respec with two unused skill points available and after getting a new skill point from respec, it replaced my two free points rather than was added to them.
2. Some skill points are wrongly marked as locked. Direct respec of this skill is not possible, but pressing the button "Clear Morphs" frees the correponding skill point, but after this, the pseudo-locked skill is at a low level, below the point you can make a respec (in my case Shadow Disguise IV was downgraded to early stages of Shadow Clock III and Poison Injection IV to a half-filled bar of Poison Arrow 1.
3. I tried to make screenshots for bug #2, but it seems the game does not make the screenshots if the default path has some cyrillic letters
