Weapon Animations Bug - Character's weapons stuck below feet after logging in

I logged in yesterday on my Tank and thought it was weird my weapons were under my feet. Maybe i'd swopped weapon too quickly just after appearing in-game. Enjoyed surfing about Vvardenfell for 10-15 minutes, did writs and relogged. Logged in today, same animation so thought i'd let you know. No rush for this, it is refreshing to do my writs whilst hanging 10.

✭✭Been happening with me much more often lately (and the bug is present on PTS, too, just to mention). I think any transition between locations - entering a delve door or something like that - causes my DW bar to disappear, and instead my (active) bow travels under my feet. More than a little annoying.0
