Crown Store works - where's the issue?
(and yes this QA is getting to me as well. or rather the total lack of it internally and failing to listen to reports on PTS, let alone in the bug reports section or from tickets)

Random kicks to the login screen with no error message. This has been happening since Summerset release.
Yokeda Kai in Hel Ra Citadel has some kind of damage reduction bug. It fluctuates randomly, but it is making killing him and his splits very difficult.
The buttons that you must press to remove the immunity shield from Archcustodian, the giant spider in Halls of Fabrication, are not interractable.
The orbs to activate hard mode on The Mage in Atherian Archive are missing.
The weekly trial was NOT changed to something besides Asylum Sanctorum, even though it was closed all week due to another exploit.
There is no point in playing any dps class besides a nightblade right now. They do a significantly larger amount of damage than any other stamina or magicka class, respectively. This has been brought up at number of ZOS round table discussions, and they have admitted it is a problem. Yet there has still been nothing done, at least a month after they admitted the issue.
For someone who plays ESO endgame content, these issues are COMPLETELY unnacceptable. The content is either broken, unaccessable, or unenjoyable at this point in time. I am exploring other MMO options because the number of problems continues to grow, as ZOS focuses on crown store fashion items instead of rewriting their spaghetti code of a game.

Skill respecs are not something that is significant.
There is more than enoughs skills points to go around so instead you can focus on gaining more skill points while respecing the morph.
"Forums, are you ever going to stop complaining?"
They're both moot questions, aren't they.

this isnt getting fixed per @ZOS_RobGarrett this is intentional the broth is mislabeled and is actually food
That's just how it is, though. I mean you must've encountered the Bethsoft titles: same old story going back to forever. Even when they supposedly change the engine you still see the same old glitches over and over; I'm sure some of the annoying bugs like jumping being very temperamental and instant lockpick breaking go back to at least Oblivion and FO3 if not further back, and in the days of Oblivion it was so often a case of "oh, that bug was in Morrowind too and even then it wasn't new."But the bug could have been avoided easily, with almost no coding what so ever, mail everyone a Re-spec Scroll, but that's so simply no-one could see it!
