Character Creation Broken
Tried two different PCs, race/class combinations, and armor presets. The new character creation screen is not showing the hero.

LOL had same problem
Quick restart the game fixed it

I can't replicate the issue, unfortunately. It shows the character in my creation screen.

Once the character is created, I can see it. But no matter how many times I enter the UI, the creation tool doesnt show the hero.ESO - PC NA -

It can never hurt to restart the router too.
