Crit healing modifier

I'm a little confused about what does and doesn't affect crit modifier for healing since Summerset was released. I know that major and minor force as well as the templar and NB passives now strictly affect crit damage, and not crit healing, and I think I remember reading that Archer's Mind now only affects damage as well (not sure if any viable build in either PVP or PVE actually uses that set); but I'm not entirely certain whether other buffs to crit damage modifier like elfborn, precise strikes, or the shadow mundus continue to also buff crit healing done or not.

As an aside, would it not be better to combine both weapon and spell critical damage modifiers into either precise strikes or elfborn, while turning the other into a separate champion star that buffs both mag and stam critical healing modifier? This would create more choice when it comes to builds and prevent builds from easily stacking healing and damage simultaneously.

The only things that affect crit healing are precise strikes and elfborn, it says so in their descriptions if you check.

Anything else that says "increase crit damage by **%" only increases crit damage.
