ERROR 307

For some odd reason, I am receiving this annoying msg after the server lagged out and dropped me. Error 307 whenever I attempt to log in back. I got lucky to get back in using European server instead. Could someone tell me what's wrong with NA server today?

    I had it too, gotta wait a couple minute and try again. Annoying as hell.

    It happened to me yesterday as well while I was practicing on the Precursor. I logged back after 5 mins but got booted again once approached the dummy. Problem was gone after I exited the house. After couple hours I decided to beat up the Precursor again, but this time nothing happened (maybe I had to do that for a longer time). While looking through similar threads I noticed that not all but a lot of people had the same error 307 problem while hitting that particular dummy. I wonder if it's bugged and is one of main reasons for that glitch.
    I'm 100% positive that my Internet connection was fine at that time.
