recall stones questions

Are the recall stones bankable? Can I move them to another character if they are not used. It says bound but bound is inconsistent. Sometimes I can bank them and others I can't.


Are they a once use item? I don't want to pay 20000 cp for an item I can use once.

Personal bank yes, guild bank no. They are a single use item.

would be one of the worst transaction ever made in-game.

Luckily, this is currently not possible.

They are account bound so they can be put in your bank, but not a guild bank. They are also one time use, but there is no cool down. So id you have if multiple recall stones you can use them as fast as you want.
